We accept all major credit cards as well as checks. There is a non refundable deposit of $300.00 at the time of registration. You can make the remainder of your payment at anytime, however, balance will be due no later than June 1st. There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks.

No. All participants will need a chaperone at least 21 years of age or older.

No, all attendees are required to stay in the accommodations provided.

All restaurants have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.

You must receive an invitation to attend. You can not sign up to attend the EEE without receiving an invitation at one of our regionals. Dancers are carefully selected based on skill among other things.

You can register up to June 1st. However, space is limited so we recommend signing up and getting your initial deposit in ASAP. The program was sold out in 2022 and we expect it to sell out in 2023 again.

Absolutely! Feel free to arrive earlier or stay longer. You will need to book your additional rooms directly with the hotel.

This year we will see MJ the Musical and Hamilton. Please note these are subject to change due to ticket availability.

Yes! A responsible adult can be the chaperone for up to 3 dancers.

You’re in NYC! Walking is the norm however, there are subways, cabs and Ubers available as well. All of the activities and classes are within walking distance from the hotel.

You will have most classes at Broadway Dance Center with optional add-on experiences at Ripley-Grier studios. Both are in walking distance from the hotel.
